I love to find the beauty in old houses and grew up with a Dad that was forever scraping the paint off of one treasure or another. Over the years, I’ve become quite fond of scraping off the paint or the molding or even the whole kitchen to find and recreate beautiful homes, buildings and spaces. That said, I’m by no means the expert but I do know a few who are and will call on them for help as I wax poetic about home improvement. My goal is to help you find the value in your renovation project with ideas on everything from design to finance. Whether you are a contractor, architect, do-it-yourselfer or something inbetween this blog was written for you.
